I just signed up wirh Locateplus for a one day trial and needless to say I will not be using them any more. All of the info was out dated I have the most recent addresses and phone numbers off the bond app. they where not even listed on locateplus or IRB.

IRB seems to be the best so far but still its old info sometimes.

I used Locateplus on 2 differant skips and came up with less than what IRB had.

thats just my two cents

Skipsmasher is one of the best and most reasonably priced that I have found. They add new ways to get info periodically and are about as up to date as they can be. You can run live credit headers by SSN or name and get info from any address the person has used in applying for credit. Note, this is not a credit report, it is only the addresses used by the person.

I agree that Skipsmasher is one of the better programs out there I am not a BEA as everyone knows however I am a credit fraud investigator and collections skip tracer and the live credit headers are normally very helpful. You can be pretty sure that when people apply for credit the use the correct address and it can be very helpful.

Just FYI, Skipsmasher has indefinitly lost their live 3rd party credit headers, but they have now added bank headers. The info may or may not be current (no way to tell) but I got identifying info from it that I hadn't gotten on the credit headers. They add new features every so often and I still find the most updated info from them.

There are other sites that I can get different types of info on, but too much of it is price prohibitive. With the federal investigations and regulations they are trying to pass, it seems we will have difficulty getting necessary information from many arenas in the near future. It's really too bad that some bad companies have ruined it for the legit ones.

I've never tried Skipsmasher. Kathy, if you think it's worth the money, I'd like to try it...

I think Skipsmasher is well worth it, Jay. It is owned and operated by private investigators who pride themselves on their information and make sure it is provided legally to persons with the right to have it.
