Goldmann, who tried to pass himself off as an FBI agent in the North Dakota oil patch, says he will plead guilty to an illegal weapons charge. He is charged in federal court with six counts, including four counts of impersonating an officer. Under the plea agreement, Goldmann would plead guilty to possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. The remaining five charges would be dropped.
