Welcome to the Baltimore City and Baltimore County District Courts not paying fees this is nothing new. In some Maryland counties it is not what you know, it is who you know.
The exchange of Ravens/ Orioles tickets or a night at the Inter-Harbor never hurts your status. Sometimes lawsuits like this are smoke screens to cover up other wrong doing. This is not a fact, just a reflection .
