LAW AND I ARE STARTING TO WORK ON A BEA BILL TO BE INTRODUCED INTO BOTH THE MAINE AND VERMONT LEGISLATURES SIMILAR TO THE NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUTES.WE ARE HOPING THIS PROACTIVE APPROACH WILL HALT ANY POSSIBLE BAD PRESS BY UNTRAINED AND UNQUAILFIED AGENTS.WE ARE ASKING FOR ALL YOU PRO BEAS TO GIVE US YOUR SUPPORT.THE UNLICENSED STATES ARE RIPE FOR PROBLEMS TO OCCUR WITH UNCERTIFIED OR UNQUAILIFIED PERSONS CAUSING OUR PROFFESSION MORE TROUBLE.ALL OF YOU WORKING UP HERE FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME A CALL AND HELP GET THIS PROJECT OFF GROUND FLOOR BEFORE ANY PROBLEMS REAR THEIR UGLY HEADS.

Check out California's PC 1299 laws.
The attractiveness of this approach is that there is no need to set up or monitor an expensive bureaucracy.
