My head is spinning, but no bounty hunting in FL....at all....like many have stated...contract with a Florida licensed bondsman...they know the rules and the laws...no one wants a felony on their record...

The important thing here is to learn and move on as you have done. We call it not paying for the same real estate twice. Whether we have the courage to admit it or not, we have all pushed the envelope in our learning years and got away with it. Just don't learn the wrong lesson from it. Nobody has power over you that you do not allow them to have, and that includes your Bondsman client or boss. Your job is to put them in jail, not join them!

You have already displayed your thick skin, and that is a bonus and necessary trait in this business.

Good luck in the future and call if you need any help north of Mr. Williams in NC.

Scott

I concur with the postings of Bill W. and Scott M. On the other hand some people just speak to hear themselves talk. There is no way that one person can know every states laws, rules and regulations as it relates to bonding and recovery or know everything about anything, if that were the case he would be crowned a demigod.

I know the laws of the states that I am licensed to operate in as it should be. I also have a working knowledge of other states laws, but with that said I will do meticulous research before I go. If still not sure I will reach out the appropriate member (s) of forum that operates in that particular state of interest . Best of luck as you continue with your quest, remember keep the peace….

I am always right... I have never made a mistake... but once, I misunderstood a question and answered in an incorrect manner... but I corrected it and now I am back to normal... oh.... once I misspelled a word in one of my posts, but later I corrected it and did not apologize....

I know you misunderstood what you thought I said but what you interpreted as a mistake was really only a different question that was answered in another post and misunderstood to the degree that it made an appearance of an incorrect fact... having said that, I would refer back to the original question which was answered in a correct manner... but the facts were misconstrued... no problem. Make a note of the answer, it could be useful in future applications... especially if you should get a job in this industry.... however, it is also just a good idea to keep this on your ipad.... or is it minipad... either is applicable...

no need to thank me... my advice is always free and worth every penny of it..............

Gene... I really do try to answer these threads with facts.... sometimes wrong.... but.... sometimes these threads go on and on and on and they just wear me out and I often go off the deep end with ridiculous answers... after a while I just go "stupid"... which for me is an easy slide.... sorry... glad you caught the humor, which after a while, all I can do..... is laugh....

Hey guys I want to publicly apologize to spaniel about a typo that I might have made but not positive because I can't see my original post.

I apologize Mr. Spaniel. and you're last post you made was correct on all levels. I was reading the bondsman process earlier today and noticed the same.

My replies are taking forever because I'm on my phone... It's about to go dead so I'll reply on other posts later my battery is about to go dead..
