Thank you for the comments. That was just my attempt at being humorous and serious at the same time. There is no question that networking is the key to most professional endeavors and that is especially true in this industry.

FRN has proven to be a very, very valuable tool for me in this business. I have worked with a number of very professional members on here and would not hesitate to help them if called upon... Scott, Steve, Yak and many more can call me anytime... I am old fellas, I can't run, but I got fast hands and I can talk my way out of just about anything .... (I can also press 350lbs....... I do it every morning when I get out of bed... )

I know I am the 'class clown' on here but I'll tell anyone that this site has helped me many times in my business and just read between the lines and overlook some of my weird humor... I can be serious when the need arises... it just never arises that much... most things in life are.......... frankly............ funny.




I have to laugh at myself here... Gail told me one time that I "talk so much, that I could talk myself "out of" a good piece of................. a)... she is correct, it has happened to me more than once....
