Well Bill, I could have waited for the family to bond him and then arrested him but I had no idea when they might show up... and frankly, I had been after this guy for a while and wanted to close out the account... luckily I had friends in NC LE who called me and told me they had him in custody and were taking him to the local lock up... as mentioned, I was over at the lake which accounts for my attire. I had the badge on my belt and my DCJS ID clipped on my shirt collar and the officer that helped me took my picture cause they all thought it was sort of funny that I showed up in sandals and shorts.... so now, every time I have to contact that particular jurisdiction (which I will not name)... they laugh and say... "oh, your the guy in the shorts and sandals...." and I just laugh and say yes... but they know I can be serious when need be.... I think so anyway....
As you are probably aware, I have a ... uh... lets say... colorful reputation... which is not always a good idea... but I do operate within the law and according to proper “Etiquette”...

I might add here that we all should appreciate your dedication to this business and your insight and knowledge over the years... when I grow up, I want to be just like you...
I do hope you understand the first part was serious and the second a joke... (I read it after I posted it and thought you may not see the difference so I thought I might... clarify.)
