Hey all,

(I know - WOW! - I'm on the site alot today)

Anyway, I would like to seek the assistance of all of you knowledgeable people. I notice that the Law Directory may be a little out of date.

Many people seek this information and it adds value to this site. Which in turn brings more members and then more potential network associates for you.

If any of you could take the initiative and do a search of current for your state/area, then provide me those details I would greatly appreciate it.

In exchange for you providing complete detailed information - I will upgrade you to a Premium Member in the Agency Directory. Already have that, how about extra Fugitive listings and/or a Free fugitiverecovery.com email address.

The easiest way to accomplish this is to allow ONLY one member per state.
Below comment and tell what State you are going to provide info on. Once you have collected the information {plus source referrence(s)} please email it to me. admin_AT_FugitiveRecovery.com

If you discover that you are unable to collect any information for whatever reason, please advise again in this topic to let people know so that others may have an opportunity to do so.

Many thanks ~

There has never been a bill drafted or introduced in the state of Vermont relative to BEA work.

I will email Texas state law. The laws you have posted are somewhat misleading and not stated in full.

David and Admin,
The cost of the test fee has actually gone up as of a couple of months ago in the State of Indiana. They raised it from $68 to $100.

Current Texas state law on "who" can re-arrest here can be found at

http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/consum ... unter.aspx

Individuals who operate here in Texas had better read Section #424.09 very carefully, in how you identify yourself.
