I went to the US Pacific Recovery website, clicked on the link for directory then clicked on both North and South Carolina... I could not find Tim Johnson's name.

I think he was with USPRS for a while, I know he was a Moderator on their message Board for a time, if I learn anything new I'll post it here ASAP.

I checked just about every newspaper in both North and South Carolina and couldn't find anything.

I tried searching for him under members on their message board but the old board where he was a moderator was hacked into and shut down a few months ago and it seems that he did not register on the new board.
I have another e-mail for Robert Anderson at USPRS.

I received an email that the murder was done in Missouri but I have no clue where in Missouri. The email also reported the perp was caught by the police moments later.

Im in St. Louis, MO and I never heard anything about it. With the new law that just passed on Surety Recovery Agents here in January Im sure we would have heard something about it.

I don't understand why more information wasn't posted about this matter.
I tried searching through so many of Missouri's newspapers but couldn't find anything. The following is the reply I received when I emailed Robert Anderson asking for more info..............
Robert is out of the office and is back on the mainland with Johnson's family. I will have him contact you when he returns.
I am not positive on the specifics, I know it was in Missouri but I do not know the city, and yes, the police did catch the shooter. The police were called as backup and I believe they were sitting in the apartment parking lot when they heard the shot. He was captured a few moments later.

I am a bit concerned with this situation-i have contacted the N.C.-S.C. AND THE MO. STATE POLICE OFFICES OF PUBLIC INFO. all have said they have heard nothing about such a matter-i have also done a newspaper search and have come up blank--we need to get this story confirmed now
