Yesterday I called the hotel in Knoxville, Tn. to modify my reservations. The reservations agent engaged me in a brief discussion about the seminar etc. During this conversation I discovered that very few reservations had been made (for overnight stays..not the seminar itself).
So I am curious as to how many of you are actually planning on attending ? I know in earlier posts several of you expressed an interest in participating.
I am looking fwd to meeting as many of you as possible and fellowshipping with you. Not to mention the infinite amount of skills, tactics, ideas, strategies that will be exchanged between us all.

Id love to go but my funds are a little tapped out at the moment....but maybe next time ill be able to make and we'll meet Ruffin....i bet theres alot to learn at these conventions....

At this time it looks very bleak for me as well. Seems Uncle Sam really wants to have his money on time and bonds have been a bit slow. However there is still a bit of time and sometimes people really surprise me. IF I am not there this time I will see you at the next one.

As of today, there are only 37 people paid to attend this conference. Many more have assured me that their check is on the way but I can only count what is paid and what I've received. By states they are:

Its not a money problem with me, its a if i feel up to it as most of you know i have a Chemo treatment on the 24th. If i am up to it i will be down there even if there is no openings in the class. As joe knows my mother lives in Jefferson City, TN that is real close to Knoxsville. I even tried to have my treatment day changed to after the class and that was a no go.

Anyone wishing to attend from the Washington DC metro area, I will be leaving the Annandale, VA area around noon on Friday. I can delay leaving to no later than 2pm. I will be driving my motorhome, so room is not an issue.
Offers of travel expenses will be appreciated and accepted. Traveling first class is always a good time!
Specifically, I will be leaving from the USIS building.

My son and I are coming from Asheville, N.C. We will be staying at the hotel and we hope to meet everyone. My son is only 22, but he is looking forward to meeting and learning alot that weekend.We are bail bondsman here, but Lance would like to get more into the bail enforcement side of the business.
