Post subject: Are bench warrants a matter of public record  Posted: Sat 13 Nov 2004 22:54 |

I was wondering if you were able to go to the court house and pull a list of all bench warrants with name and addresses? If not what is another way of doing this? Any suggestions would help , Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter

Here in Fort Wayne, Indiana all warrants are posted on a public website from the Allen County Sheriffs office as this is who serves all warrants in Allen County. All information is there about the Subject except an address as they don't post an address because thier information could be old and outdated. All Police Departments here in Fort Wayne can not give any address's to John Q. Public.
