We have created a MEMORIAL for BEA's killed in the line of duty. Please visit our web site (www.becpa.org) and click on MEMORIAL, also please e mail us at cpsabea@yahoo.com to advise us of any BEA you know of that was killed in the line of duty so we can add them.
Suggestions on how to best honor our fallen Comrades are welcome.

I'm no poet but I felt our fallen comrades deserved something original and from the heart, so I came up with a tribute on my own. I'm open to suggestions.

What type of memorial and where would it be? A statue wouldn't be viable but how about a medallion that could be die cast and those who want one could share the cost (within reason, of course). A medallion style could also be put on Zippo type lighters, shirts, hats... etc.

Better yet... a multi-colored memorial patch like ones made in the wake of 9/11.

At the moment the memorial is a page on our web site dedicated the the memory of fallen BEA's, your right about a statue because I don't know where we would put it, the Medallion sounds good if anyone has any ideas on how to put it all together let me know. I think the best way to get the online Memorial off the ground is to compile a list of BEA's that died in the line of duty, please e mail me any you find and I will have them added.
