Andy,

A couple of counties in CA have banned the 50 BMG. Ours being one of them. The reason, the local politicians believe that a TERRORIST would purchase one of them legally, then go sit on a hillside near one of the oil refineries and blow up fuel storage tanks.

Its such a easy weapon to carry and setup that no one would ever see them shooting! :wink:

Yeah, here in FL it is illegal to carry a 50BMG concealed for the same reasons. Too bad, I really like the Barretts :(
