To USBEDDirector,
I have been following your posts for about a week now, I have come to the conclusion that you want to grow up to be Scott Olson, Every paragraph that you write its Scott this and Scott that. I respect Scott Olson, Bob Burton, as i do many who post here on this forum the knowledge here is great. What someone drives, wears is up to each person as long as its within the laws of that persons STATE.What differance does it make to you, or anyone as long as its within the law of someones STATE. I also conclude that you are a graduate of NIBE. SO I would like to ask you a question since you and Scott are such good friends. Why would someone have a School and Office in a State that does not have anything to do with commercial Bonding or BE. Just wanted to know for my own piece of mind.

Greetings,

David, I have your information, and if anything comes up in your area a call will be forthcoming. Thanks for your response, and you should feel free to contact me if you need anything in Central California.

It is good to see that Lee and Jay are beginning to address certain issues enroute to finding a common ground.

Jay, I don't know Lee apart from this forum, so I can hardly be considered part of his "posse."

I will say however that it is very important to understand that degrading comments from people or someone said or I heard is a very shaky premise to base published comments since the aforementioned is nothing more than gossip, in my opinion.

Which brings us to the term, "In my opinion." If someone bases his or her opinion on gossip then the opinion itself is arguably flawed.

For example, it is my opinion that making adverse public comments about someone without actually witnessing the incident upon which the comment was based is very bad ju ju indeed.

I bring this up because while an olive branch is seemingly extended it still appears that rumor control is governing certain aspects of the counter-point.

I'm not trying to be adversarial here. I'm only pointing out what appears to be room for consideration.

Good Luck Gentlemen.

Rex

I could not help but to respond and comment on the bantering I have seen taking place regarding the initial question that Lee posted.

First off, Lee's question was simply, what makes a good bail agent?

I believe it is a good question because it is something that every bail agent should be thinking about on a regular basis.

Secondly, all bail agents have had bad experiences with different people for different reasons. That does not give anyone the right to judge anyone or to question their credibility. If you have an issue, take it up with the person or stay away from them. (This is not directed towards anyone in general. It is a sweeping statement only.)

Lastly, I hope I never see anything like this on this site again. I have been a member for a while. I have always taken pride in the professionalism of the conversation that has taken place in the forums here. I often refer clients here to look for assitance when I am unable. I shudder at the thought that they might go into the forum and read what just happened.

First, DMartz,

When I grow up was sort of a childs comment , myself and Scott Olson are very good friends so I resent the comment you have made about me wanting to be like Scott Olson, it's a friendship!

Second,
Rex,
Myself and Lee came to a understanding that I should not take the advice from others unless I witness it myself so I apolgize to the forum and it's members for bashing Lee.

Third, DMartz,
Why don't you call Scott and ask him why he bases his office out of a non bonding and bea state, I don't run the the school he does.

Lee,
I would be very glad to talk with via phone about anything anytime and I would be delighted to help in any kind of way.

Jeremiah

Well now, I think that it is now time to tend to the wayward clients who have been misguided in their ventures as not only a service to the People of our perspective areas but also because it is what we do.

Jerimiah,

I'm not clear on your AO, but, if you are interested, take a/another look at "Inter-Agency Cooperation," and decide whether or not you're interested in having your AO included in the service area portion of an anticipated ad blitz in my area. Incidentially, are you affiliated with US Special Service Agency?

Lee,

I apologize for not calling, but I do have your service area. Once I get things in order, I will call.

Rex thank you and I look forward to talking with you. USBED feel free to call me here's my number 412-708-0147 and I look forward to talking with you and last focusthree contact me about work.

There are people on this forum that as been though my school and that I have worked with and some that I have helped. I try to get along with everyone, and work with everyone. no matter where we go our what we do there will always be someone starting something due to mis-understanding. I have always been the one that if someone said something about some one I would say hold on and let me call them, so you can tell him or her you said that. My school and agency has an open door. If anyone whats to work with me thay are more then welcome to. I wish that every one could get along but I don't see that happening any time soon, and that is a sad because there is a lot of good agents out there! I hope that something like this nevers happens agen. PLEASE IF SOMEONE NEEDS TO ASK ME SOMETHING PLEASE CALL ME! and I will do the same. Most of us are tring to complete the same goal and if we work together it will get done alot faster.

Lee

THERE ARE SO MANY QUALITIES NEEDED MY LIST WOULD GO ON FOREVER-TOP OF THE LIST I BELIEVE IS INTEGRITY ,AND A PROFOUND SENSE OF RIGHT AND WRONG( BOTH QUALITIES LACKING IN DOGGIE DU-DU)YOU CAN BE A GOOD HUNTER WITHOUT THEM BUT NEVER A GOOD PERSON-WHEN THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS SCHOOL OF THOUGHT BECOMES THE RULE THAN I WILL QUIT THIS PROFFESION AND SUPPORT ANTI BEA.

IF I NEED TO BREAK THE LAW TO APPREHEND A SKIP IT IS TIME TO RETIRE--IN THE SAME VEIN WHEN THE LAW STOPS ME FROM ARRESTING A SKIP IT IS TIME TO THROW IN THE TOWEL BECAUSE CRIME DOES AND WILL PAY AND JUSTICE IS NON EXSISTANT-WHEN THE PEOPLE I ARREST HAVE MORE INTEGRATIY THAN OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS THAN ITS TIME TO RETIRE--WHEN THE LINE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG IS SO BLURRED IT AGAIN IS TIME TO RETIRE--WHEN STANDING ON YOUR OWN TWO FEET AND TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS BECOME NONEXSISTANT AND COWARDICE BECOME COMMON PLACE ITS TIME TO GO

WHEN THERE STILL ARE PEOPLE WHO STAND UP AND BE COUNTED AND ARE WILLING TO FIGHT FOR RIGHT AND NOT ARE HURDED LIKE SHEEP THAN I WILL FIGHT ON
I WILL FIGHT TO KEEP THE GOOD PEOPLE SAFE BY FINDING AND LOCKING UP THE BAD GUYS

AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FOR USING AN OLD CLICHE BY CHARLTON HESTON
THEY WILL GET MY GUNS WHEN THEY PRY THEM FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS-THAT IS A MOTTO I BELIEVE IN AND FIGHT FOR IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS--THAT IS WHY I LIVE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE- THE LIVE FREE OR DIE -STATE.---GOOD IS GOOD -BAD IS BAD-THERE IS NO UNCLEAR LINE
