David,
I fully understand your point.
I would ask however that you allow some latitude to the extent that you are clearly experienced and your input would be sorely missed.
Recently, I dropped a recruitment post on what I thought was a professional forum wherein many of the users seem to be wannabe cops.
I was immediately set upon by a small group of soccer hooligan, one-liner types with collective posts numbering in the ten thousand range.
One of them seriously insulted BEAs in general, so I'm not inclined to return to that forum.
The point is that we must all endeavor to address dissenting opinion professionally and be open to healthy counter-points in a calm debate if necessary.

REX,
Point well taken, I just have a low tolerance to rude people & comments in public.

What I was saying was this, there is no course out there that the government will use to teach Bail enforcement. however the course I have designed meet government standers and I have friends in the Gov. that are instructors and they even liked it.. The only thing I care about is making sure that agents are trained right. People miss understand alot and only need to ask.. I will tell you this the association, and training academy I teach for was the first that I know of that made a FRS take a test. I know scott he's a good guy. but I never worked any casses with him. If you like tring to put people down because you miss understand something I fill sorry for you. I have worked with a lot of agents, good ones and bad ones, but one thing is for sure, we all will get better.
