This is not another ad to get people to join up for money, so bear with me here.

I will be putting another team on the streets by January 2005. This team will augment the existing team in an effort to cut back on overhead.

Central California persons may get more information on www.uenforcebail.com.

I've made firm contacts in South Dakota, North Carolina and Missouri; moreover, I'm in quasi talks to get California totally covered. I would like to form a business relationship with qualifed and established BEA out of other states as well.

It makes sense to advertise that you have an expanded service area if you have people you can trust to do the job right.

Backstabbing and greed would be the quickest way to end a business relationship, so interested persons must be honorable.

Let's say you're in Maryland (I'm not sure how much time is allowed there), and you've worked a case for months. Then you finally confirm that the creep is at a specific address in Texas, for example.

You're not going to contract with a BEA in Texas if that person gets greedy--it's as simple as that; however, if it is a straight pick-up at 1% of you're commission then why not? But, you must be available to reciprocate the 1% commission for Texas.

The best part is that you can actually advertise an out-of-state service area because you know that you can make a phone call and get someone picked up--RIGHT.

What is your cost? Absolutely nothing! I would just like to advertise your area of operation (not your business; I keep the client) in my area of operation, and you would be able to advertise my area of operation (not my business; you keep your client) during solicitations.

Like I said, this isn't a get rich quick scheme. I just want to know that if and when a skip is in your area you will not gouge me for service and vice versa.

Interested agencies can contact me via E-mail at rex@uenforcebail.com

Sorry, I'm not considering BEAs with no history of liability free case closures.

Thanks for your time,

Rex

Lee,

I will contact via telephone later on today.

For those of you lurking but curious, the idea is very simple and old school.

I want to know that if I isolate a skip in another state (where I may not be lawfully allowed to do BE work) that I can pick up the phone and get the job done professionally.

If I contact you and the case requires investigation then it is appropriate that the percentage split should be equitable for all parties concerned.

In the past, I've contacted out-of-state persons for pick-up who wanted the full commission--after I spent months pin-pointing the skip's location. That type of business mentality is not reasonable whatsoever.

In California, if an out-of-state skip is located, the court where you believe that skip is MUST be petitioned before taking action to arrest the skip. Failure to so and then making the arrest is a CRIME. Many people either do not know this or simply ignore the statute.

If you call and say, "Hey, Rex. This is who and where you can find the skip."

I receive the package with original docs, draft and appear on the petition, and pick up your skip if that person is where he or she is supposed to be. The cost for doing so is worked on a case by case basis. I've charged $500.00 for drafting, filing, appearing, arresting and then appearing again to make sure that your case is lawfully handled.

Conversely, if I call you then I fully expect that you do everything within the confines of the laws of your state.

I will not however agree to pay you an unreasonable chunk of the commission for straight pick-up work. Forgive me for being so blunt, but in this line it far better to be very clear about how things will work.

I'm not playing games here. I need good, professional people that I can call should my case develop in your area of operation.

A new law is currently in the works in California, and if it passess I'm expecting a serious glut of BE contracts.

Again, serious pros with a serious track record of solving cases cleanly and lawfully should feel free to E-mail me.

Thank You For Your Time,

Rex

Jeffrey,

Forgive me for failing to cite the reference.

For your information, check on California Penal Code Section 847.5.

The code describes what the petition shall include, and a model for that petition is available in "Desktop Bounty Hunter," which can be obtained via www.uenforcebail.com.

Jeffrey,

It occured to me that you might be requesting information concerning Senate Bill 1744, which, in my opinion, will level the playing field in California.

The bill has been reconstructed several times, and the deadline is fast approaching. Rumor Control indicates that there may be lobbying efforts to stall or defeat the bill, but that is not confirmed.

Just out of curiosity, what part of the Western Region are you from?

Rex

You see Hgunner! Your post is a prime example of why I'm looking for "Inter-AgencyCooperation."

I routinely run circles around (not all) deputy DAs in open California courts when it comes to bail law, but this knowledge is restricted to my state. While my arrest methods can be employed in any state where BE operations are legal, knowing applicable state laws is another aspect of the trade.

As for calling you for help? Thought I wouldn't  ?

Rex
