I swear Illinois is so out of touch with reality.. Abraham Lincoln would be ashamed. That is nothing but a burden on the tax payers and just wait until they flee...you will see the politicians wanting to jack up the taxes to cover the losses.

How funny (not ha ha funny) . . . what a rather inventive way of getting folks to sign up on "Health Insurance" (a bill of goods sold as . . . "Health Care" . . .) Lincoln was from Kentucky and by todays measures would probably be a Progressive . . . so he would surely approve. Illinois has and will, always, be "out of touch with reality" as long as it keeps the idiots in charge that they have in charge . . .

Yep ... They had a crooked Governor that when to jail, a crooked Senator .. Oh yeah he's President. Never have I seen anyone in my life conducts himself with input

Jason, That was very interesting reading and exactly why the Illinois system doesn't work. If they had a problem coming up with 10% then how in the hell could they afford to pay the entire bond if they don't show. What happens then..does the IRS get involved and start collection proceedings or garnishments or some other gestapo tactics...but if these fine citizens are already living off the system then I guess the taxpayers will have to cough it up. We are going to end up just like Canada...Overtaxed, Gun Laws that don't work, Government Bail, Violent Crime Rates that that equal any US State or City that has similar laws in place...oh don't forget the socialized medicine...
