How are they Federal Agents? The 3rd paragraph say they are following a team of Federal Agents, did I miss something while reading this. Why don't these people that write or produce this crap do just a little research.

Yes indeed INS / Immigration Bonds are FEDERAL Bonds.. and here in Florida are 15% and not the Normal 10% for State Bonds..

Here in FL it would be very hard to get an immigration bond written without FULL CASH COLLATERAL and the 15% .. cause if the deft is even 1 min late to his / her hearing the bond gets revoked..THE END.

Also many Federal Bonds here in Miami dont get written as they let the Deft post PERSONAL SURETY BONDS with only a Signature and maybe a small cash bond..and then out the court house door they goooo...

Gotcha Jeff, I was just emphisizing how these Elite bounty hunters can be promoted as following or being Federal Agents. Just ANOTHER load of manure for Hollyweird. The only thing I liked was the the German Shephard.

On the other note. Discovery pulled a one trick pony, when they aired "Bounty Wars" I've learned to always wear gloves.. LOL... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WiI5egHuhcA

If anyone is intrested you can watch the first episode at this link.

Got only half way through it, same format as other shows. No mention of Luis being a "federal agent" so I guess it was all marketing hype.
