The prize money is being put up by the onwer of Bad Boys Bail Bonds, based in San Jose,CA.

His company really excellerated the "signature" bail bond way of doing business in CA. No collateral needed, just sign here and give us what ever amount of money you have in your pockets and we will bail you out.

I imagine that he will have plenty of commericals running during the show to promote his business.

Although I will say, he has come up with some good marketing schemes, if in my opinion, you don't have good ethics.

I would not operate my business the way Bad Boys does. And that is why I will probably never get rich monetarily wise.

Not get rich monetarally wise. (misspelled) Yea Tony, but isn't it great to like what you see in the mirror and have the respect from your wife, family and friends, not to mention self respect!!

I also think it's flippin' hilarious that they say these competitiions are created by the bond companies and they are just televising it! That's great! What bond company owner in there right mind would do something like that??

These people are not in the commercial bail industry, they are in show business. That's their business model.

If I was their underwriter, I would be questioning if I want to be involved. This appears to be even worse than "Dog". That was about bufoonery. Now high risk behavior is being is being being encouraged and rewarded for the sake of television ratings - not fugitive recovery. This is more "Jackass" with guns than "Dog".

Something bad is going to happen. People are going to get hurt. Lawyers and judges are going to be involved. It's going to be expensive and it won't be about paying forfeitures.
