When booking a group meeting, conference or convention, the hotel will offer a lower group room rate if the group guarantees a minimum number of guests and order a minimum dollar amount of food and beverages.
They will then also waive the meeting room rental costs, which can run from hundreds to thousands of dollars a day.
So in our 3 choices they have offered to host our event if we order a minimum of $1,000 to $1,300 in food.
Like we had in Vegas, the group will have lunch and dinner together at the hotel and we will be able to make the F/B minimum no problem.
As far as what is N.A.B.B.I, there are a couple of threads explaining it and what is going to happen in March in St Louis.

The reason that site comes up is because Mr. Harrell owns that particular URL. He in fact suggested the name and it received a ringing endorsement and then stuck!

I know that Mr Harrell is going to be busy (I should say busier than usual) with his move and stuff...
