The physical being referred to is a medical examination.
I believe you are referring to a "physical agility test".

Correct the Physical Agility Test, I think, is not a bad idea. We shall see how all the cards fall late October with the Senate. Thanks for the heads up though!

so I'm curious do you think this will pass when it hit senate in October?
Also there's a statement that seems to always bite people in the butt a lot which is, In Good moral character, does that mean someone with a criminal record will be eligible for the FRA license?

"Good Moral Character" . . . . Usually means that one has not been convicted or plead Guilty to any charges of "Moral Turpitude"
Meaning . . . drugs, prostitution, financial fraud . . . see where this is going ?
