I will not attempt to add to any of the last three posts. I will only say that I agree with each and trust that I have learned from these authors, as I always do. I would hope that others have done the same. Amazing, powerful stuff.

I guess I follow an old school rule of being honest with the people I work for, however I do know there are some out there that do not believe it is necessary anymore.Honesty has always been my goal,so when i come across another BEA that is not honest with me or with the bondsman they are working for I tend to take it personally.Let alone the fact that if they are working in my area of operation blatantly illegally than I come in after one of thier botched jobs and have to hear things like"wow the last guys punched me in the mouth"or"if i give you ....amount of money you can just let me go like the last guy did" I find it extremely unprofessional to do such things and frankly i get tired of hearing things of that nature, makes me and all other legit BEA's look horrible.
Scott you are correct and i have learned alot from people that have been around this business since before I was even thought of, both on this site and off.Main thing i learned first was nothing beats good old fashioned leg work, getting out and making those connections.Sometimes it is necessary to have a certain amount of deceit in our day to day operations but it shouldnt be expected from our co workers and certainly not from the BEA's that bondsman hire to do a job.Ultimately it is the bondsman that takes the chance on a BEA so it is thier decision to make on who to have working for them.So to my fellow BEA's lets all be honest with the people that put food on our table and we wont have to police our own as much.
I did not mean to come off as a teacher of any kind especially to the more experienced in this business,my only objective is to put my two cents in and to point out what has been said in numerous posts. That is to do your own research both in choosing who you employ and in reading these posts.

Jayc, I can relate and dont think we should turn our back when we see someone operating illegally and giving us a bad name!
