Scott, Did she give you any report on how the hospital staff was doing after Bill's visit?

I left Bill a voice mail to remind him to erase the Nurse's phone numbers from his cell phone... But he hasn't called me back. Must still be deleting Scott

Hey you guys, please do not feel ill of me for not answering your posts... you all have no idea how good it makes an old fat guy like me feel when people I have actually never met in person, take the time to comment favorably on me and my current medical condition... this particular knee is kickin' my butt just now... plus, I had a bout of Vertigo... as if I hadn't enough to worry this ole body... Scott has been really nice to call and check on me. Just to let you know... the nurses are all safe and sound.... only one had to help me get my pants off.... yes, off... she laughed when I told her I had not had a woman take my pants off in over 25 years... I think I made an impression on the nurses and in fact... they actually remembered me from my other knee in January.... I can only hope it was positive... they did find me a comical curiosity I think. I always had a bunch of them checking on me and I tried my best to make them smile and did not get out of line... I only got a bit 'testy' when that damn beeper kept going off because my oxygen level dropped during the nite and waking me up.... and the nite nurse... a little Philippiano about 4' tall, could not find my vein for blood drawing and I finally had to tell her to get someone else cause what she was doing just wasn't working.... and after about 5 or 6 sticks... I was done. I will be back later, just still under the weather. Thanks for the kind words, be careful what you wish for... you may get your wish... BTW... only have one picture... it's me and a Golden Retriever therapy dog that this lady brought around to visit... you can probably tell the difference between me and the dog... will post later. See ya...

So you want a picture huh?? Ok, well.... here's a couple... Golden Retriever very much like my Lucy, this ones name is Lilly... also, you can probably tell just how spaced out I actually am.... I am in LaLa land... good drugs... and one more... I'm not much on fluffy little sqeeky dogs but this one wanted to get in bed with me and I have to say... I have been in bed with worse looking dogs... this one even smelled pretty good.... ... been home since thursday and improving ever so slowly... but I have a host of very nice ladies taking care of me... my wife Gail, daughter Dawn and a bunch of their friends and nurses... I think there all hanging around to see if I am gonna change my will... Thank you for all the calls and notes... sorry if I don't answer all just yet... maybe later....

Now that you got 2 bionic knees, you can get back out there and run down the slow skips! I really do mean run down.

I think I'll ride my scooter out to CA and watch some real professionals at work.... sort of sit back and enjoy the view... hopefully you will be right in your assessment Tony, 6 months I should be ok... if the rest of my body doesn't fall by the wayside.... But I do appreciate the good wishes from everyone.
