This guy apparantly had some legal issues involving a warrant.

Have not been in a quite a long while. Missed you guys, tremendously. This is an interesting topic we have here, though, and I wanted to chime in for a second.

I have just read this complete thread and I find that, as has always been in forums, this DOES pattern after the same ole "I am in trouble. Will you help me skirt the law?" type post. Knowing the questions he has asked and knowing the way he has avoided answering those asked of him only leads to one conclusion. PSYC 360 teaches that not all criminals/terrorists act upon their nature (They may not have the means, money, or backing) but the thought process and mentality are ever present. As the leopard cannot change his stripes so goes the Psychology of people. I point this out to say, "I have never run into a criminal/fugitive/enemy of the US that tells you, "I am so stupid that I need your help". They will ask for that help or guidance in an underhanded or backwards way...for example, one might say, "Let's say the guy is wanted in...Yadda, Yadda, Yadda...bring him all the way across Texas?" so that he has ammo for an upcoming challenge. In INTL 413 (Denial and Deception) we learn that D&D tactics have been used since the beginning of time and technology has had only the slightest impact due to the nature of humans to overlook the obvious, trust the underdog, and believe until proven otherwise. You may ask, "Does this mean that a person that asks for this type of information should be placed under a microscope for asking?"....NO. Absolutely, not. Actually, a person that asks this sort of question or tends to lead conversations in this direction should be ignored. The first reason is: We have no idea what the lines of questions are for or how our answers can and will be used by this individual. Second: Even after "helping" obtain the answers, who is to say that an outside party will not use this forum and its answers in a negative light (like suing whoever explained to this guy how to get away or how to fight transport). And third: There are more important and more valuable subjects to debate within this industry and country, than this. I mean, if it is not putting a new client or a check in your pocket….why bother? Whatever their reasoning is, it should not be a priority until their intention is proven.

Many of you know where I am (in life, career, and training) and what I am "about" and I have to thank many of you for helping me to get there .... directing me. I say that to say, I expected the answers I saw from the people I saw them from (God that sounds like I am trying to start some crap; I am not. LOL). The bottom line with this subject, and any other, is “The real easy answer ain’t always real or easy”. Heck, many times, you do not even know what the real question is so you cannot give a real answer. This is why LuVonda, Kathy, Bill, (anyone named :)) Scott, Tony, Marshall, Andy and the rest (from other forum families) are so respected by myself and this Industry/Community. They take the time to remove the blinders before answering and then give the best, most experienced answer available. Much love and respect for you all.

PS. I will be in Korea by the end of 2010. Not sure how much all of this Chinese I have been taking is going to do me (Mr McLean, again, thank you) but I am sure I will use it at some point. Hope to see you all there ;) Yea right. Stay safe and watch your six.

Thank you Mr Marshall. Good to be heard from. I am so busy lately, its hard to find time to do those things that I want to do and get messages to those I want to inform. After a few weeks I will be back to another hectic schedule, so it may be a while, once again. If I don't get to say it before my "next round" You all take care and watch your sixes.

Pack your cold weather gear! Korea gets pretty cold, global warming or not.

Sno, you know the Moms and Dads have your back, and only wish you the best. Life happens, but all it takes is a call to get support and help among us.

4130 my friend, you have been workng with our other brother "Sam" enough to hopefully figure out that we are very open to helping other pros, but are very skeptical to helping unknowns. This is an open forum, but we as members and pros are very careful with who and how we answer questions asked by an unknown person. As with any open forum, anybody can join and post, but it is up to the individual members as to how they respond. It is the individual's reputation that is on the line when it comes to giving advice or information. We take our profession seriously, so until a person is vetted, we are very careful with who we deal with, and what info we provide. It has nothing to do with the forum, it is a personal choice.

Mr. McLean,
I do. My appologies....but that is what I get for buying into rumors. We are not going to Korea. I will wait until the time draws nearer and call with the new information. My new unit put out the word, this past weekend, that the 4 places that were being talked about are all incorrect rumor. There is no chance that we are going to any of them. The projected MOB is still not set in stone so it could change 20 times before the Date of Deployment. As I stated, I will let a few of you know, when time draws near, and you can distribute to trusted others as you speak to them (Please).
