uh, Dick Tracy... here is the code: Quote: "Any person who illegally uses or affixes the seal of this state to any written or printed document whatever, or fraudulently forges, defaces, corrupts, or counterfeits the same, or affixes said forged, defaced, corrupted, or counterfeited seal to any commission, deed, warrant, pardon, certificate, or other written or printed instrument, or has in his possession or custody any such seal, knowing it to be falsely made and counterfeited, and willfully conceals the same, commits a class 5 felony and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1-105, C.R.S." Seems pretty clear to me ............... unless you think a badge is not classified in this list...... I think it covers about everything........ added later..... here is another code to relate to same....... Quote: 24-80-903. Secretary of state alone can affix - custodian.
The secretary of state is alone authorized to use or affix the seal of this state to any document whatever, and he only in pursuance of law. The secretary is made the custodian of the seal of the state and responsible for its safekeeping. Somehow, I don't think Mr. Chapman falls into that mix..................

Hey DICK,
LETS GET THIS CRYSTAL CLEAR....
Do not come on here and try and run your mouth without following the basic procedures to try and be a respected member of this forum.
This is the top forum for this industry and we as members do not appreciate those that come on here and start out with what can be called an attack.
Lance Wilkinson was a highly respected and much missed member of this forum and we do not appreciate your tone and banter in your response to this topic, not to mention how old it is.
If you want to worship a person who puts this industry in a bad light, then go to a diffrerent site that does that.
Do not come on here and stir up trouble, we do not need that kind of member.

The Doggie is sadly allowed to work in my state, but his reprutation and previous experiences precede him, so all of us again suffer from his actons. Most of us distance ourselves from his actions and support, but are still harmed by any associations wth them. I have had contact with those that continue to support him, but refuse to be linkend to or continue any further contact with those that continue to have contact wth or support those that I have ethical issues wite.
