I have a Garmin c530 I have been using for a couple years. It sure works good. No bells or whistles like handsfree or music, but it does help greatly in finding addys. 8)

If they get to many Bells and whistles i can't operate it. I can't stand this new cell phone( Hell, I just want to make a phone call not track the space shuttle)

David . . . I have to call my boys just to turn on the damn dvd player . . . I like things simple . . . on/off.
I have a hard time with needing three different remotes to get stuff going
what ever happened to TomTom?

I hated that commercial (tomtom)....thus I wasn't endeared to the product. Technically it may very well be excellent in its performance, but the commercials just immediately turned me off from it.

David,

I know just how you feel...I still don't fully grasp this whole "Blue tooth" thing.

My mother has a TomTom. When I was looking for a GPS, I asked her and she said a friend of hers had Garmin and there was no comparison. Thats why I went Garmin.

As for the phone, I got a new one last fall and was kinda excited about it. It has an MP3 player. Problem is, I cant figger out how to load music on it? I bought some stuff off the net and still cant get it on there. All I use it for is calls and cameras. It is kewl to take a pic when I write a bond and email it home with my phone. Much easier than what I used to do.

Don't even go there with the dinosaur thing Ruffin

Yea the Boss, did a update frm the Garmn website.

I asked to borrow it for couple of hours and she wouldn't let me have it! Everywhere she goes she inputs the post office, gas station, gocery store, everything!

WHat she doesn't know is I can seek in her car at night and find out where she's been!
