Generally speaking, most internet companies ask that customers allow anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Rex's assistant usually mails within a day, so I would say probably within a week to 10 days.

Kathy 'borrowed' her copy of Masterless - I got it Friday and started reading yesterday will putting it back in the mail no later than Tues. A great read for those of you that have not gotten it yet.
