Just a thought Please dont get mad LAW but...
when when someone tells you somthing do you have to be so nasty about it. Like everyone is always wrong. again Im not trying to be mean but I posted that for your own protection. Internet laws have changed and I wanted you to see what you may or may not be up against.
Then there is the Truth as an issue of in whose eyes.
Meaning:
There are some thinsg you have said that I have seen evidence that says differant. Like Beths Chapman's court dates and what exactly happen.
Please dont pick up on that and run I was using it as a point but weather something is true of not true when you go and follow someone and say thing > true or other waise about then,
that could end their career or cause them to have issues with loss of work then gets into a new area of liable.
That was my point. regulat laws change all the time and are even translated as having differant meanings once in a court at times. who to say that there will not be a whole new set of internet laws.
it doesnt matter what files or folders you have and if its true of not.
discrediting someone in any form will still be looked at as a forum of liable
and that can bring big money for people suing, courts and lawyers.
Lets face it the law isnt always pretty or right but is needed.

so since i was telling you this to be nice in the post so you would know whats going on in internet world instead of getting all defensive It would have been nicer to hear a
" Thank-you Lisa for pointing that and the future possiabilies out."
Enough said...

You took it all wrong.

I could care less about liable. I would welcome it with open arms.

Here is a thought maybe I wouldnt " take it all wrong" if you would have said it a little differantly... GEEESSSHHH

I say it the way I perceive it. Definitions are in the mind of the reader. Why would I alter the manner in which I say things? I am not and will never be 'politically correct' merely to please an audience. I call it the way I see it... usually in black and white with little or no gray tones. If the reader or listener cannot accept or understand me, then so be it. It is their problem.
