Maybe because those that have experience and are compliant want to work for themselves. They figure the can make more money being their own boss! :wink:

I'm 1299 and 832 compliant. But I can't handle California's communism. "I can't do this or that; I can't own this or that"....yadda yadda yadda....

Why I returned to the South; God's country. Where I can still hunt n fish as I please, go where I please, swim as I please, cut firewood as I please, etc. Own whatever firearms I want without government interference.

Don't get me wrong..Cali has a lot of fun things to do and see...but it's not for me.
