The simple fact is that new BEAs will generally respect BEAs who have withstood the test of time and are willing to share their insights. This forum has people contributing who are for real.

I think that it is naive to believe that skips favor large cities over isolated areas. An impressive number of my closed cases went down in some pretty isolated areas of the Sierra Nevada Foothills.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Mr. Chapman may not be well. Recall from an earlier show that Beth was concerned about Mr. Chapman's smoking and high cholesterol. I can't imagine anyone standing by while a team member (especially a son) is getting worked. Of coarse, the whole incident should have and could have been easily avoided, but that's incidental to my observations.

REX IS 100 PERCENT RIGHT THE SITUATION COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.
ALSO IF IT HAD TO HAPPEN PROPER TACTICAL RETREAT METHODS SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED IE RETREAT AS A UNIT ONE COVERING THE NEXT AS IN A HOP SCOTCH OR LEAP FROG MANUVER-REMEMBER DO NOT GET CAUGHT ALONE USE GROUP TACTICS-A SOLID LINE OF OC SPRAY WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE EFFECTIVE THAN JUST ONE-ANOTHER OBSERVATION-DU-DU WAS WASHING OUT LELANDS FACE FROM AN OC HIT-ALL YOU BEAS SHOULD CARRY A ANTIDOTE TO OC LIKE COOL IT ONE SPRAY ON THE AREA BRINGS ALMOST TOTAL RELIEF

Hgunner,

I'm a student of many subjects. I'm open to new ideas and new ways of doing things.

This brings me to my point. What is "Cool It?" I've never heard of it.

This sounds like a very valuable item to have on hand.

I would also, like Rex, know what Cool It is, it does sound like something I could add to my bag. I am sure most of us have felt the OC spray and it is not fun. Anything we could use to alleviate the affects and also use on a subject that needed to get sprayed would be great.

Thanks

"As for the Bennington County Sheriffs Dept. and the Rutland County Sheriffs wanting to know where I got my information... firstly, I don't believe you know anyone at either place"

maybe you should call David Rolland At bennington about your issues with black powder.. you know.... the people i dont know...
should we mention some more names for you to explain LAW how about the name of houts.. sounds firmilar seems you talk a big game about the law but forget your not above it either... you have harrashed news papers and decided someone worked for a paper they didnt all in the name of proving who the Chapman's are. If people want to know your thoughst or information they will come to you. They dont need to be followed by you do they. I mean they could say " well i wonder about the chapman's" and find you on the net right seems from what Ive seen you are there all day ( which makes me wonder how you can bounty-hunt like you say if your always on line.. must be a glory days thing for ya' right ole' man!)Public awareness... great but dang you claim to have such connections then use them in that forum instead chasing people who didnt expect to hear from you and didnt want you.
from what I have noticed on this board there are a couple members of the penis toting public whom have very high impressions of themself and like to brag and talk about how great they are.. so LAW since your good at digging up dirt on others ( self acclaimned that is) why dont you explain some of the stuff mentioned about you or do we nee dto ask your ex about that...

I can see some of your points. But first do not bring me into your concersation here. yes I am the reporter he confused No I dont work for the times or the post.. or thanks to this nor do I work for Mrs. Babson anymore either. So again dont bring me up in this.

This I do know: I dont care either way. although I have to agree and disagree on something.
One: yes the state of vermont does have crime
two: yes I bet these people have got bounties There:
Three: I think skips would and wouldnt hide in vermont for both reasons mentioned so they are both good points.
Four: I do not think vermont is the highest crime state so bragging rights should not be allowed for bounties there ( Joking boys but you see my point)
Five: I believe yes that LAW shouldnt send letters to news reporters. ( I would not be objective here though since I got fired because of him doing so.)
Six: again I have no thoughts basicly on the Chapman's They do not effect my world. I never really had a opinion about bounty hunters because that doesnt touch my world. ( out side of my recent firing for an article)
seven: I say let the Chapman's do what they will. "If" they are wrong they will trip sooner or later. " if " they are not wrong they will not.
***Ending note****
This section of this board isnt for fighting over the state of vermont or bragging about who did what, where, how or why in what state. This section of the board is The Chapman's , namely "Dog" Duane Chapman so lets get back to the subject at hand and stop the childish ranting back and forth that you three are doing.
I am sure i speak for a good number here when i say Its getting stupid and sick! You are all adults acts like it and hold a logical conversation and not some childish bashing thing.
With that said I know HGUNNER or LAW will post back to what BEITSO has said but I wouldnt the arguing isnt worth it. and Im not saying that as a insult to "be" but to all of you... back to the subject at hand the Chapman's...

I will start the new line of topic okay:
Duane Chapman is on MSN at 5 pm est today with that rock group.. what does a old rock group have to do with Bounty hunting... Just a thought lol

Beitso... I have no clue about anyone with the name of Houts or any similar spelling.

I am not going to contact David Rolland about what you call "issues with black powder"; I have no issues with black powder. You apparently have 'issues' because you seem prone to attack a lot of the discussion on this forum. In fact, you don't even belong in this forum. You especially seem to have an issue with me personally, but that is fine with me because it is becoming clear you might suffer from some cerebrum disfunction. Know this: I will not engage in a pissing contest with people like you in this forum or any other place. I don't have to qualify or prove anything to you. From the manner in which you post it is obvious you have no idea what bail enforcement or the issues surrounding bail enforcement consists of. I believe you to be one of those lonely people who travel between Syracuse and Vermont with nothing to do except to formulate emotional disasters in your head that aren't real to anyone else.

Take your "drama" elsewhere. This is a forum for BEA's and the like, not for those who live in a soap opera world.

This thread evolved into a brief disuccsion on "Cool It," and it quickly reverted back to cryptic and even overt insults with the same origin.

Beitso, again, you make comments that amount to nothing more than the rants of a petulant child who isn't getting his or her way. Your presentation is that of someone who matches the criteria for Histrionic Personality Disorder: discomfort with situations in which you are not the center of attention, expressions of emotions that are shallow and rapidly shifting, writing that is vague and lacks detail, overly dramatic expression of emotion.

Mention is made of bragging rights. The BEAs on this forum/thread have illustrated their training and background, but you continue to present yourself as an unconfirmed authority without ever offering what your basis for this tone of self-importance is.

For example, at some point you claimed to be an attorney--correct me if I'm wrong. Let's say for the sake of this discussion that I am correct. You have also taken on the responsibility of telling us 'how life is.'

Quid Pro Quo: you have been afforded description of many backgrounds, what's your story?

In what state are you licensed to practice law?

Do you have an emphasis of any area of law?

Are you an associate, partner or on your own?

Can you describe any exploits that would garner you respect among professionals who are students of the hard teachings of the BE trade?

If you respond with any other method other than quantifying your experience, such as childishly stomping your keyboard with more insults, then you will be doing nothing more than revealing a person who is neither a professional in any trade and come off as an impetuous wannabe.

REX and LAW:

You are fueling it so I guess sthat makes you on the same level with beitso right? I posted here and even tryed to get another subject going. But you just keep it going with this.
Again I will speak to you three louded and as if you are children because the three of you are acting that way. ( and it appears that all three of you wnat attension and spot light correct. Seems you three want some sort of attension so here it is)
I speak for the adults here and its odvious you three are not in that group:

"GROW UP AND KNOCK IT OFF!!! GET BACK TO THE SUBJECT AND STOP THIS NONSENCE NOW CHILDREN!!!!"

And All three of you have claimed your not going to do this but keep doing it so I highly dought any of your professionalizm.. So stop The " Im the biggeste and best " Thing you three have going on and get on with yourself. I am getting ready to leave this board and I reccomend anyone with any self respect do it also. Who wants to watch the three of you battle over who can pee the biggest distance!!
