come on people, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this one out. She's too young to drink ? that means she is between the ages of 18-20...and Zito is 51 ?...think about it....

A colleague of mine once remarked that the (male) human body doesn't have enough blood volume to supply both heads at the same time.

Here is a pearl of "Wisdom" that was passed down to me by my professor who taught Human Sexuality. " An erection has neither a conscience or good judgement."

I can't comprehend the alleged actions here.

Sounds like the "Bond 'em and Bang 'em" program.

Transporting a female alone is never a good idea or a sound business practice.

Never go anywhere but straight to the jail, having to explain an altered path isn't smart either.

Finally, according to VT statute, he had no authority to re-arrest her in the first place.

Good Luck,

Scott

My pesonal opinion is that he basically forced her into sexual relations with him, she finally ran from him to her freinds, partied with them, he then tracked her down and used his weapon to force her to come back with him.

Without any further details, I think the bondsman got her out, moved her into his house, and possibly coerced her into sexual acts with him. She had a party with other acquaintances, he got mad and went for revenge.

Plain and simple, male or female, you don't get in bed with anyone you bond out. There is way too much liability involved. I don't care if you are married or single, male or female, it simply isn't done. There are too many liability issues on either side.

Good day to all, I just want to say my bit on this.....We are a new bail bonds agency here in VT, New England Bail Bonds, and we have no assosiation with Mr. Zito and company. I would also like to state here that the business practices of his company doesn't reflex on how we will do business in VT. I just want to let the Bail bonds and recovery community to know that we are not of this caliber and will do business here on the utmost professionalism and procedures that are condusive to our line of business. Please be assured that this WILL not be the way we operate.

Thank you for the post Steve G, welcome to the site and best wish's with your new business. May I suggest you read some of the past threads here regarding professionalism up in your neck of the woods. Some of these posts have been moved or discuss in the members only section, but i'm sure that you will be able to decipher who some of the BEA's are up your way who claim to be something that their not. On the bright side, you are neighbors to some of the best BEA's in the country.

Yak is correct, Steve. Unlike some, we do not judge everyone based on one person's actions. Instead, we use them as an example of what not to do to gain and maintain respect among us.

Glad to have you in here.
