NABBI... very good name for a very good idea.

If only you had asked a couple weeks ago. I would have taken you up on that offer rather than sitting at the airpport for several hours to catch a flight back to Sheridan, WY.

Ladies and gents,
Here is a draft of a mission statement. Please critique and offer suggests.
Still working on the ethics and bylaws draft. I will send those to the committee first to flesh nout and then we can open it up to the rest of the FRN gang.
Sorry for taking longer than I promised to get these done. Darn work keeps getting in the way.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BAIL BOND INVESTIGATORS
MISSION STATEMENT
The goal of the members of the National Association of Bail Bond Investigators is to help the American criminal justice system ensure justice is achieved by following the United States Constitution, the Constitutions of the individual States, and all local, state and federal laws, to bring back to the jurisdiction of the Court, those that have fled to avoid prosecution while free on private bail bond.
Our members pledge to complete their tasks in a legal, humane and ethical way with the utmost regard to the safety of the public, the investigator and the defendant. This will be accomplished by each member adhering to a high standard of education, training and following the Code of Ethics of the Association.
