I guess this will be my 15 seconds of fame!  Funny thing, I talked with the reporter for a hour and half. I also mentioned that bail recovery agents were a very important and necessary part of the profession. She mentioned doggie and I gave her the truth about that side of the bail business. I stated that he and his wife did NOT represent how "professional" bail agents and recovery agents conducted their business. Oh well, I tried.

Good stuff. I have actually made it an office procedure for my company to make an extra copy of the recognizance for any bonds posted for "Capias/Violate Pretrial"(blacking out any personal info, of course)for documentation of the failures of pretrial release. The stack is getting kinda thick.
