Why give details about the apprehension and the tricks used.. just makes it that much harder for us down the road to find other fugitives.. |

As usual the story left out some important details. Was she out on bail? Another thing, a federal police officer at 20? They said 12 years as a fed and yet he is 32. Maybe he was 21 and he didn't quite make it 12 years. Finally, are the feds laying off law enforcement officers? I would think they would be looking to hire more. |

At our local Social Security Office here is Richmond, CA, they employ private security firms to provide their basic building security. They wear a special uniform and are armed. I know one time I was going there to serve a wage garnishment and the "officer" in charge gave me such a hard time. He hadn't a clue of what a wage garnishment was. Anyway after getting hold of the worker that handled the wage garnishments and informing this guy that he had to let me in, he said "Well this is federal property and I am the officer in charge of the security. I say who can enter or not." I am sure he thought he was a "federal police officer." |
