http://www.newson6.com/story/18391006/b ... sted-after In my opinion, the bail agent is just as much to blame for not checking out the idiots he "hired." |

I agree Tony. Both party's are equally at fault on this one. I have made a couple arrests in Oklahoma and for all that go there here's what is required if you are an out of state Bail Agent. You must call the local athorities prior to making an arrest in OK and you had better wait until they arrive on the scene before you attempt to make the arrest. They checked my credentials, paperwork and license before I was allowed to knock on the door to make the arrest. (This took place in Tulsa) If you follow the rules, OK is not a bad place to make an apprehension but it's a heck of a drive from NC. On second thought, check to see if the laws have changed since I was there just to be on the safe side. |

Well, here we go again... BTW, Bill... OK is just south of Kansas... did you happen to see 'Dorthy'... she is a little girl that hangs out with a couple of weird characters.... 3 really strange looking guys and a little dog... I think he answers to ..... 'Toto'.... I think she is wanted in connection with the disappearance of a pair of red shoes from a Walmart in KC... and also there is a possible conspiracy charge for the murder of an old lady that hung out in the woods outside of ............. some place called 'The Emerald City'.... that, I believe, has been referred to as.... 'Leavenworth'... |

Bill M., Your post reminds me of the old highway signs that read Quote: "Prison nearby, do not pick up hitchhikers"

FYI... "Dorothy and her entourage was last seen walking west bound on 'the yellow brick road'.... near a community often referred to as ....................... 'munchkin'.... believed to be inhabited by a very small race of redneck midgets that sing a lot and wear funny looking hats.... very high pitched voices... BOL ... she is known to carry a large pocketbook, associates with wizards, monkeys, lions, tigers and bears and a wierd fellow that has a lot of hay and straw sticking out of his pants.... and has been know to throw water on unsuspecting people, especially old ugly women... her dog is vicious and will bite at the least provocation. |
