He can always go to Hawaii and work as a "bounty hunter." They don't seem to care whether you're a felon or not.

Yeah, if CA will allow him to leave the state. But, I thought that CA had a no felony law so he would never be able to work there again...

CA does. This is just an example of how ignorant many CA DA's, LE's, etc are regarding or bail fugitive recovery laws.

In fact the LEO's didn't know whether or not he was PC 1299 compliant when they first started looking into the shooting. PC 1299 is the law governing our bfrps.

... not sure if you realized that this thread is 7 year old... I added this for clarification... I also redacted the name in this post... I don't know this person or his reputation but usually that is an opinion and in public I try not to hit too hard on somebody....

D**** the grease ball you have to watch out for. There's a lot of good Bail Enforcement people out there, but the good ones will tell you. RD***** is not one of them. The guy he hired before this one had an IQ in the double digits. I've seen D**** scare families into the "Double dip" scheme, and then claim all the money was spent on expenses. He is worse than the scumbags he picks up. If you've bailed out someone and they jump. Don't give D*** anything. Finding the person is his job, and he is already getting paid to do what he does. One more thing. I hate child molesters as much as anyone. It's a horrible crime. But D**** has a strange obsession with this topic. It's all he talks about. Somethings not right with this guy. Your best bet is to avoid him.

This @$$clown responded, with vigor, to a 7 year old post, 23 minutes after registering with the forum and does not have any info in his profile whatsoever.
