I haven't taken his class, but he is one of the originators of Blackbook and Skipsmasher so would guess that he knows his stuff at least in regards to skiptracing and investigations. |

Blackbookonline.info is free for anyone, although there is a disclaimer at the bottom that it is only to be used by PI's. It is a compilation of publically available information with links to various state/local, etc sites to locate that informtion. Essentially they do for free what companies like Net Detective charge for. |
