I will be teaching a class on August 16-17, 2008 at the offices of Lowinger Insurance, and Aaron Lowinger Bail Bonds, on RT 1 in Jessup, MD across from the State Police Barracks just north of RT 175.

Mr. Lowinger also teaches Insurance Courses and Continuing Education for Insurance licensees in Maryland at his training center there; this class will be a joint venture, if you will, for the both of us.

Class size is severely limited and I believe this class is already booked, but you can call his office if anyone is interested in future classes.

Experienced recovery agents in Maryland that are interested in teaching, please contact me off list.

Ruffin,
The class is $500.00 and that is paid directly to Mr. Lowinger.

Scott;

What is the subject matter that you will be providing instruction on, and secondly exactly what do you want experienced recovery agents to teach.

I will be covering History of Bail, the bail system, vocabulary for the bail business, getting your foot in the door, case profiling, tracking the fugitive, proper cuffing and restraints, surrender, alternate means of exoneration, data base and information mining and Networking!

I am looking to assemble a team of instructors that actually work in the field as oppossed to just teaching. I want to establish a three stage curriculum, entry level, advanced and supervisory skill sets. This may change as we get together and white board the ideas and see what everyone brings to the table. I want to bring something to the table that is beneficial to all levels of recovery people as well as bondsman. One course would be qualifying bonds, paperwork and pitfalls, marketed to insurance companies for their people to reduce exposure.
