Hey Everyone,
I know this is a long shot. Anyone know how to run motor vehicle searches on people with name, SSN, state and DOB? I'm trying to get address of registered vehicles for a certain person.

Here, we have a state drafted form we as lic. PI's can fill out and request the information straight from the courthouse.
Some database's will give you that information as well.

Check with your State DMV Office you may be able to actually secure an account with them. Here as a Civil Process Server I can have an account.

I would agree you should check with your state mva/dmv as to the information release policy, just so that you know however some states allow drivers to have a private code for a fee attached to the information that will only let law enforcement view the information. And you status as a PI will have no effect on its release.

Hey Guys,
I checked with NJ MVC and of course they have an application that fits perfectly into what we do.
Just need to fax it and deposit $500 into the pre-pay account. We can run licenses, registrations and vehicle title histories online.

I can find anything with some guidance from here..... And with motor vehicle in NJ, I am suprised it is not $2K deposit. it's a racket out here...
