Post subject:  Contracts

Was wondering if anybody has some sample BE contracts that I can use here in NY. I say here in NY because the contract is not supposed to state any contingencies or a percentage of any thing (ex: it is not supposed to state " 10% of $50,000 bond if john doe is apprehended). I have a contract that I use, but I am trying to perfect it so I thought I'll ask you guys.
Thanks
Dave

Sorry, Dave. I posted an answer, right after you posted, but I must not have hit submit.

I have one for Bail Recovery, one for Process Service, and one for Asset Repo. They are all the same except for the specifics and pricing. I'll see if I can get it to you.

There is a very long and in depth thread on this subject in the forum. Use the search function and keyword "contracts" and it should help you to find it.

I have different variations that I have to merge together, but I will appreciate your input if you have.
I guess that's what lawyers are for, but I'd rather do it myself then get it proofed.
Thanks
Dave
