Post subject:  Bail enforcement Insurance Offered

I received a phone call today about a Insurance company offering Bail Enforcement Insurance to my company. I at the time I could not talk to them, so i ask them to email info about the insurance they are offering. This is what was sent to me as followed:

Good Afternoon,

I represent Evolution Insurance Brokers and we offer liability coverage for bail enforcement agents and coverage for the actual recovery process. We do not compete with standard market companies, instead we provide coverage if you are being declined or we fill in any exclusions that might exist in your current policy such as fugitive recovery. This allows you to keep the majority of your business in the standard markets while we cover the areas they consider to be to high of a risk. We also provide additional specialty coverages such as concealed weapons coverage, assault and battery, and more. We have provided insurance for individuals that can not find coverage for nearly 30 years, including insureds involved in white water rafting, pit bull owners, security guards, off duty law enforcement, and more. I have attached an application which will give you a better overview of the services we provide, and you can return to my fax or email below in order to receive a free quote. Also feel free to visit us on the web at www.eibdirect.com for more information about us, and feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.

Thanks for your time and interest,

Bill Hines

Evolution is who I received a quote from a couple of months ago. I was talking to Stephanie at Scott H's office a week or so ago and asked her about insurance; she said that Evolution was the only company that they knew of and Scott was going to put it in his newsletter. It used to be Prime Insurance, or Prime is the agent. The logo on Prime is the same as on the letterhead from Evolution.

I also saw a reference to another company from another query, but haven't checked them out yet. Brownyard Group.

Good information Bill. I was told by my insurance agent that he would have to write me a separate policy, as he could not add it to my existing policy. This sounds like a better way to go – hopefully less expensive too. Do you have any idea what the rates are? Ballpark is fine.

There are variables, such as how many employees you have, etc. For accurate amount ask for a quote. Ballpark...couple of thousand + a year.
