I'm still looking for a translator, my inability to communicate with these Chinese immigrants has become a serious obstacle, ICE doesn't even have pictures of some of these Skips and while some of the people I have encountered could be my Skip I will not risk putting the cuffs on the wrong person.

Don that is nice of you to help Chuck find a translator. Chuck i have looked everywhere i could think of and as of yet i have not found any in your area i will keep looking, even called some PI friends in the area no luck yet.
