I greatly appreciate all the hard work and ongoing care for this site, and I have taken the liberty of including this site in a new book's reference area that is tentatively scheduled for release within the next couple of months. Since the machine that will distribute the new book is far larger than my own, I suspect and hope that a new crop of users will be forthcoming.
