Hey, did anyone catch the show Bounty Hunters on The National Geographic Channel? They or following two Bounty Hunters out of Sacramento, California, Leonard Padilla, and Rob Dick for 6 months as they track down fugitives. From what I've seen so far the show is pretty interesting, but, these guys go just about everywhere from Guam to OK, to NV, etc. My question is or these guys for real, and if so how can they cross state lines and go overseas tracking down fugitives, carrying weapons and such with the laws as strict as they or about carrying weapons over state lines, etc, expecilly overseas? I know that some states will allow you to carry weapons over state lines if you have a concealed weapons permit from a state that's in conjunction with oter states, but, I don't see you getting on a plane with a suitcase full of weapons and going overseas. So, someone enlighten me please.

They are for real, and very well known. Google the names and see what you come up with...

Personal Opinion: I dont like Padilla's approach to the show (thinks hes better than everyone else). I really like how Rob Dick works tho.

You can take. weapons on flights if you go thru the proper procedure and storage. I have flown many times out to Long Beach, CA with my weapon
You may also carry weapons in your check in baggage

Also, remember that Guam is a United States Territory so they are still acting within the 'jurisdiction' of the US!

How funny my brother said that he had seen the first show and he thought the guy in the cowboy hat was a little cocky., But he liked the other guy.

I had the opportunity to speak with Rob and found him to have a sense of humour. No Ruffin I did not treat him any better than I do you.

Im not defending Leonard Padilla one little bit. And Im not criticizing anyone in particular either. But Leonard comes off as arrogant, self centered, full of himself and cocky.

That describes more than half of the people in the bail industry, just to be brutally honest.
