Mr. Newby,
I am in Northeast Alabama.
Who is near or in Indianapolis ?
Ok, obviously I didn't phrase my question correctly. Which BEA lives, works, has contacts in or near the Indianapolis, In. area ? My reason for asking is that I have a skip in the area. If the owner of the company authorizes her re-arrest, I need to be able to furnish to him potential recovery agent's information.
