THOSE ARE MY PRIMARY AREAS OF OPERATION---ANY SKIPS IN MASS HAVE TO BE NCIC WITH EXTRADITION LIMITS INCLUDING MASS .ANY ARRESTS IN MASS MUST BE TURNED OVER TO THE LOCAL PD FOR EXTRADITION-NO ONE CAN BE TAKEN OUT OF STATE - A KIDNAPPING CHARGE CAN BE PRESSED AGAINST THE BEA
