Post subject:  U.S Recovery Bureau Fake Or legit!!!!

There Are 2 U.S Recovery Bureau's that i know of one in Passaic N.J and one in Brooklyn N.Y. They are supposed to be training facilities for Bail Enforcement they train you in handcuffing, the use of auto-locking baton and oc pepper spray. I just wanted some feedback on what some of you people think of this matter, whether it's legit or not so to speak. The reason I'm asking is because I saw this site listed below stateing that it's basiclly a bunch of crap. Also if anyone knows anybody that we might be able to contact in N.J to discuss this matter, please reply to this.

Thanks for your time.

My opinion is USRB = bad news.

Try this link to search this forum, type in "usrb" and "us recovery bureau" and you will find a lot of posts about them, none good.

I can not say that the training one receives from USRB is bad or good as i have not attended any of the training classes, but i can say they have given very bad state information for Indiana that could have led to students getting arrested for not being license by the state of Indiana, also they were telling people they could do recovery work in all 50 States with their little USRB badge and certificate which is also Bull. There were several of us here that went over to their forums awhile back to straighten out all the BS on State Laws and we all got ban from their forums before we even got started good. There are some schools that i would recommend but USRB is not on our list.

I personally went through their classes, and they actually have stated, and have given a list of states which either deny the right to commercial bail bonding all together such as kentucky, wisconsin, and they've stated, and given a list of states which require licenses to do bail enforcement. I've checked up the legal books for some of the states, and the information they've provided seems close enough to real info. I've talked to a lot of people about this matter, and it seems that their education is legit enough to work with in NJ at least, and for New York students, they specified that the classes are a first step to getting their license. However I've realized that it's close to impossible to find a job with this education unless you know someone in the business...
Anyway, what I wanted to ask is if any of you guys out there have gone through their classes, and had problems with work before. I was able to find some work with their credentials, but it's tough...

Ok let me try to make this crystral freakin clear for you :

NO ONE WITH USRB CREDENTIALS WILL RECIEVE WORK FROM THIS GROUP ! THIS HAS BEEN STATED REPEATEDLY TO YOU IN OTHER POSTS.

It also is obvious to me that you have some sort of learning handicap, as you keep repeating the same question.

I' m not sure if the obvious redundancy is some form of advertising for the usrb or not. But the usrb is not now, nor will it ever be, accepted by us or endorsed by us.

Sounds to me like you are saying that it is virtually impossible to find work with the credentials that you have and are wondering ifthis is the same for others no matter what the credentials.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out some consumer protection agency has forced usrb to stop lying about state laws, however it doesn't really matter what they tell you AFTER they get your money.

I know for a fact that usrb has lied about laws and used deceptive tactics to get people to buy their "training", a long time ago I called and pretexted them about doing work in NY and they said "if you join the bureau you can work in NY" I then asked them what about getting licensed in NY, their reply "the bureau is licensed to provide training for NY", I then repeated all the requirements listed for BEA's on the NY DOS website and their reply was "that doesn't apply to agents of the bureau because were a NJ Corporation".

You asked for advice and we gave it to you, if you wish to continue associating yourself with usrb and believe their crap then you do so at your own peril.
