MSONE Bail Bond Software??

Has anyone used MSONE Bail Bond Software? This company is out of Saucier, MS. The programmer's name is Charles Hosey at 19619 Cardinal Cove Dr. Saucier, MS 39574-9584

He put a bug in his software to lock up at the turn of the new year. Last year he gave us the code and this year he's nowhere to be found. Phone's disconnected, but his e-mail works. No response.

So, does anybody know him or anything about his software??
