Snow, youre lucky it's me answering this post and not someone else. They would most likely slam you for not makeing any effort at all. If you go to the home page of this fourn you will see a listing of state laws for BEA.in the Stat of GA. Do you think you can look that up on youre own, or will you be needing some help with that. Mr. Snow,

Yes, there is a ton of info on this board, and it will take some concentrated effort and time to read through everything...be sure to look in posts that the subject may not necessarily be titled what you are looking for because often times the content morphs from one topic to another. Also, if you want some info in a book form, be sure to check out www.beabountyhunter.com where you can get some useful info on getting things started. Also I might suggest to spend some time on your state's website learning the laws that govern your actions as a PI. Know them inside and out. Good Luck.
