I do not know the guy, but need to clarify a major point. Colorado does NOT have licensing for bail enforcement agents. The requirements are to take a 16 hour P.O.S.T. certified course and submit fingerprints to CBI for a background check. They must be felony free for the prior 15 years. It is up to the bondsperson hiring the agent to get a copy of the course completion from the agent and to submit a fee and a request to CBI to confirm that the agent is eligible to work as a BEA. I am a licensed bail agent but an unlicensed BEA if you want to look at it that way. I would welcome licensing for BEA's, but until that time comes, we are all legally working unlicensed. |

Robert, Just curious about what you need on this guy... I can probably help you out... Just for starters, I've already checked around and know one knows of him. It is possible that this may be an alias for another guy (convicted sex offender) that was working here in Denver. This guy did move to Castle Rock. One in the same? |

I understand now. I will put the word out to other agents that I know and see if we can get this joker off the streets. |
